this the end of the advert and they are showing the product lynx they are promoting and the actor looks up soon as he finishes spraying the product as he hears a bang of angel falling from heaven and their is "even angels will fall". And on the bed they are feathers showing that they was an angel on the bed

In the post show an old man that is stunned as angel falls in front of his car as he believes that angel stay in heaven. all of these men have in this either old or young and there is only one young man in there that is good looking making him stand out from the crowd and he mouths Mama Mia as soon as he see a woman with wings and a halo

in this screen shot the man the angle are coming for realise that they are there waiting for him  and has just turned around to face them . 

the shot is  medium shot and its a face close up to the man face as he notice that he is surrounded by angel.as the angel stand there and smell scent  of lynx .

and they feel refreshed by his smell that why they fell from heaven .
